FLEX Enhances Integration with TruStage Products
August 23, 2023, Sandy, UT – FLEX, a leading provider of core system software for credit unions has enhanced integration with TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group), which offers a range of insurance, investment, and technology solutions.
By strengthening an already streamlined integration within the FLEX Loan Origination System, credit union loan officers will no longer need to toggle between multiple programs during the loan origination process. In addition, PAX fields are pre-populated with information from FLEX, and all fees associated with GAP and MRC are included in the loan transaction automatically, reducing duplicate data entry and the likelihood of human error.

Using this integration, loan officers can create quotes for multiple pieces of collateral at one time as part of the loan origination process. Reducing entry points and eliminating duplicate systems will increase operational efficiency and allow credit unions more cross-sell opportunities for TruStage product quotes.
