SOC 1 & Other Due Diligence Documents:

CMC provides various due diligence documents within the Documents section of this porta

• Document Access: All available due diligence documents within this portal can be downloaded at no cost to the credit union.
• SOC 1 Audits: Please note that our SOC 1 audits are performed biannually.
• CMC Policy: CMC’s policy is to provide all due diligence documents directly to its clients only. You may submit these documents to your examiners as needed.
• Third-Party Requests: Any direct request for these documents received by CMC from a third-party service will be automatically forwarded to the credit union for handling.
• Financial Statements: To request CMC’s financial statements, please submit an email to brad.fogg@flexcutech.com.
• Additional Documents: Requests for any documents not currently provided in this portal must be submitted by the credit union to our Administration Department. These requests may incur an additional cost and will be returned to the credit union only.
