Due-Diligence Documents

SOC 1 & Other DD Documents:

As a reminder, CMC provides various due-diligence documents within the Documents section of this portal.  Search by title or click on ‘Due Diligence for FLEX’ in the category listing on the left side. Please note that our SOC 1 audits are performed bi-annually so the next one (Fall 2023) will not be available until early 2024. Documents within this portal can be downloaded at no expense to the credit union.  (Financial statements, however, must be requested by email to brad.fogg@cmcflex.com.)  CMC’s policy relating to all due-diligence documents is to provide them directly to its clients only.  Clients may submit these documents to their examiners as needed.  Requests for any further documents must be submitted by the credit union to our Administration Department but may incur an additional cost.  Such documents will be returned to the credit union only.  Any request to CMC from a third-party service will be forwarded to the credit union.
