Sandy, UT (May 6, 2015) – FLEX, a leading national provider of credit union core technology solutions, announced today that Hawaii Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union of Honolulu, Hawaii, has selected the FLEX core processing platform. In addition to its on-premise deployment of FLEX, Hawaii Law will add AnyHour Solutions’ outsourced call center using the FLEXBridge API. Through a competitive selection process, Hawaii Law chose FLEX for its reliability and state-of-the-art core foundation to streamline workflows, reduce cost, improve overall performance and replace third-party solutions with built-in core technologies.
With $156 million in assets and five locations across Oahu, Hawaii Law will utilize FLEX to help deliver superior products and services to its 14,000 members. The functionality of FLEX will enable Hawaii Law to streamline back office capabilities, moving from manual processes to a real-time automated system. In addition, FLEX will provide the credit union staff with a complete 360° view of the member for servicing their financial needs. These features will aid in increasing member satisfaction by offering faster, more reliable servicing, as well as giving employees more time to focus on member service. Credit union employees will also benefit from reduced training time due to the ease of navigation and automation of the FLEX System.
The enhanced processing capabilities of FLEX allow for faster and more streamlined management of member functions including ACH and share drafts directly through the core. New to members, Hawaii Law will offer eReceipts using the built-in FLEX document management suite which was selected for its unified database and ease of use. Following implementation, members will have the ability to connect with the credit union using the FLEX mobile app which includes built-in remote deposit capture, remote controls for cards and bill pay.
