Gulf Credit Union Converts to FLEX

Sandy, Utah (September 2018) — FLEX, a credit union core processor, announced today the conversion of Gulf credit union. The Groves, Texas-based credit union manages $302 million in assets, serves 27,206 members, operates 4 branches, has 86 amazing employees and becomes FLEX customer number 42 in Texas.

Gulf Credit Union began in an office at the Gulf Oil company with just two employees. They have since realized steady growth and are now a first-choice financial institution for many in the Golden Triangle of Texas. Gulf has created strong relationships with their members for more than 75 years, and considers it an honor to meet the needs of new members as they continue to grow.
