FLEX Completes the Re-design of FLEX Academy

Sandy, UT (January 19, 2017) —  As a core processor for credit unions, FLEX believes that managing your system should never take away from managing your credit union. It should be effortless to navigate your software so you can focus on serving your members. With this in mind, FLEX provides a complete eLearning platform for users to become FLEX experts at no cost.

After the initial product launch in February 2016, which was received with great anticipation, FLEX looked for ways to enhance the user experience (UX) and conducted a re-design in December 2016. When asked about the exciting new features of FLEX Academy, Training Manager Kristy Ellis said, “The new academy touts a clean UX which makes it easier to find what you need. Documentation, tutorials, videos, webinars and more are now grouped by the FLEX customer support areas that our credit union partners are accustomed to.”

FLEX Academy is available to all credit union staff and can be accessed directly from the core as well as the flexcutech.com website, once logged in.
