Day of Upgrade
Step-by-Step Guide for the Day of Upgrade
- Preliminary Upgrade Steps:
- The coordinator will begin preliminary upgrade steps.
- These initial steps are designed not to impact your daily processing.
- End of Day (EOD) Operations:
- The majority of the upgrade processes will occur after your End of Day (EOD) procedures are complete.
- When it is time to run EOD, ensure the following:
- All users sign off from the system.
- All FLEX sessions are closed.
- All PCs are turned off, with special attention to the Audio Response PC.
- The Audio Response PC must remain off until the morning after the upgrade.
- Continue to process your End of Day as usual.
- For Unattended EOD: If your EOD process is unattended, FLEX may facilitate moving to an earlier time to accommodate the upgrade. This will be coordinated directly with your credit union if necessary.
