Step-by-Step Guide for After the Upgrade
- Audio Response PC Reboot:
- The Audio Response PC may be rebooted at any point on the morning after the upgrade.
- If you have any questions or problems related to this process, please contact the FLEX PC/Web Department.
- Upgrade Follow-up Call:
- A FLEX Upgrade Coordinator will call to follow up on the upgrade.
- This call is an opportunity to review any changes, questions, and/or problems that may be related to the upgrade.
- Important: Please notify your coordinator or anyone on the Upgrade Team as soon as possible if a problem occurs.
- Review Fee Income General Ledgers:
- Take the time to review ALL fee income general ledgers for the next few postings/billings.
- Confirm that the numbers are consistent with previous processing.
- This includes reviewing items such as:
- Overdraft fees
- Negative balance fees
- Late fees
- And other similar charges.
- Perform Full System Save: It is strongly recommended that a full system save be performed within two weeks of the upgrade.
- Complete Upgrade Survey:
- Your opinion is valuable to us for improving our processes.
- Please take the time to fill out our Upgrade Survey.
- Email the completed survey to upgradeteam@flexcutech.com.
