Welcome to the FLEX System Upgrade Training

This course will guide your credit union through the process of upgrading the FLEX System. The upgrade ensures your system remains secure, efficient, and up to date with the latest enhancements from FLEX.

You’ll learn what to expect before, during, and after your scheduled upgrade, including how to:

  • Respond to your upgrade notification and submit the Upgrade Request Form.
  • Prepare your system through required backups and documentation review.
  • Follow proper End of Day (EOD) and upgrade procedures.
  • Complete essential post-upgrade tasks and follow-up steps.
