The FLEX System Management training course is designed to equip FLEX users with the comprehensive administrative skills necessary to effectively operate the core FLEX environment.
The curriculum begins with fundamental core system access and interface customization, establishing a foundation for managing the system’s security framework. You’ll master granular user, security, and access control by configuring Teller IDs, defining privileges, and implementing program and field-level security for robust internal control.
The course deeply covers defining financial products through a layered approach—from configuring foundational share, certificate, and loan types, to setting up suffix control and essential OP codes. Furthermore, you’ll learn to manage specialized features like branch maintenance, card advances, and inventory, while mastering critical compliance, auditing, and risk management tools, including BSA and CECL processing. Finally, the training concludes with document and communication workflow management (notices and eSignature integration) and executing essential automated processing and financial utilities, such as dividend posting and end-of-period procedures. This comprehensive overview ensures administrators can manage daily operations, maintain security, and configure products efficiently.
