ClickSWITCH Maintenance
1. Introduction to ClickSWITCH
ClickSWITCH is an onboarding module integrated into the FLEX system. It enables credit unions to:
- Enroll new members for the ClickSWITCH service.
- Print necessary forms related to the ClickSWITCH process.
Note: ClickSWITCH is a purchasable module. For pricing information, please contact your Sales Representative.
2. Accessing ClickSWITCH Maintenance
ClickSWITCH Maintenance can be found within the FLEX Main Menu by navigating through the following path:

3. ClickSWITCH Maintenance Interface Overview
The ClickSWITCH Maintenance screen provides several key functionalities:
- Account: Used to enter the member’s account number for ClickSWITCH enrollment.
- Login to ClickSWITCH: A direct link to log in to the ClickSWITCH external site.
- Reports: Provides access to various ClickSWITCH reports, including:
- Enrollment Report: Details on enrolled members, including:
- Name
- User Name
- Account Number
- Joint Owner
- Enrollment Information
- Activated Customer status
- Switches Created
- Enrolled By
- Branch
- Status
- Switch Report: Provides details on specific switches, including:
- Name
- User Name
- Account
- Switch (e.g., Wells Fargo Bank, CMC FLEX, Wendy’s)
- Type (e.g., Automatic Payment, Direct Deposit)
- Created date
- Enrolled By
- Branch
- Status (e.g., Submitted, Unsubmitted)
- Enrollment Report: Details on enrolled members, including:
4. Enrolling a New Member in ClickSWITCH
To enroll a new member:
- Enter Account Number: In the “Account” field, enter the member’s account number.
- Review Login Information:
- Email: The member’s email address will be displayed or can be entered.
- No Email: Check this box if the member does not have an email address; a username may be used instead.
- Primary Contact (F/M/L): The member’s name will be displayed or can be entered.
- Phone Number: The member’s phone number will be displayed or can be entered.
- Joint Account?: Check this box if the account has a Joint Owner to be included in the enrollment. A drop-down menu will appear to select the Joint Owner.
- Verify Mailing Address:
- Ensure the member’s address details (Line 1, Line 2, City, State, Z+4, Country) are correct.
- Manage Suffixes:
- The system displays all available suffixes from the member’s account.
- If a suffix is not desired for enrollment, highlight it and click “Remove Suffix”.
- Enroll Member: Once all information is accurate, click the “Enroll New Member” button.
4.1. Post-Enrollment Actions
Upon successful enrollment, a “Welcome to ClickSWITCH” message will appear, and you will be prompted to:
- Print SwitchTRACK Form:
- Click “Open” to view the form.
- Click “Print” to print the form.
- Note SwitchTRACK Code: A unique SwitchTRACK Code (e.g., MOW918FR) will be provided. This code is essential for the member to access the ClickSWITCH site.
- Login to ClickSWITCH: You can click “Login to ClickSWITCH” to assist the new member with initiating their switches.
5. Member Instructions for ClickSWITCH
After enrollment, the member will need to follow these steps to manage their switches:
- Access the Switch Site: Go to the following website: https://flexcutech.clickswitchdemo.com
- Enter SwitchTRACK Code: Input the provided SwitchTRACK Code.
- Set Up Login: Enter their email address and create a personal password.
- Gather Information: Collect all automated payment and direct deposit information that needs to be switched to their new account.
- Create Deposits: Click the “Create a Deposit” link and add direct deposit information.
- Create Switches: Click the “Create a Switch” link to add payment accounts.
- Submit Each Switch: Submit each switch, and the system will handle the rest.

The SwitchTRACK form includes helpful checklists for members:
5.1.1. Automated Payments Checklist
An automated payment (ACH) is a regular, ongoing payment initiated externally from the bank account (e.g., insurance bills, utility payments, automobile loan payments). Members should review their recent bank statements to compile a comprehensive list.
