This course will equip you with the expertise to proficiently manage FLEX Credit Union Technology’s core account types: shares (standard accounts) and certificates (time deposits). You’ll master essential system features for the entire account lifecycle, including dedicated Share and Certificate Maintenance for managing balances, dividends, and key dates, as well as workflows for Opening New Accounts and facilitating automated Account Conversion.
Furthermore, the training covers specialized compliance and management features for IRA/HSA accounts and critical areas such as overdraft/courtesy pay—including Regulation E Opt-In tracking—and optional share collections. Finally, you’ll learn to leverage foundational utilities for member identification (including Photo ID), secure documentation via Account Notes, management of related parties (Joint Owners, Beneficiaries), control functions like holds and stops, and efficient daily processing through Transaction Entry and Transaction History.
