This document provides technical guidance for users of the Mobicint CUADMIN page within the www.flexcutech.com system. Mobicint CUADMIN is a critical administrative tool used for managing broadcast messages, simple advertisements, and various Mobicint reports.

Important Security Notice: This screen is for the use of authorized officers only. Any other usage will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

1. Accessing Mobicint CUADMIN

To access the Mobicint CUADMIN page:

  • URL: Enter https://cuadmin.mobicint.net/ into your web browser.
  • CUID Entry:
    • Upon initial access, you will be prompted to “Please enter your CUID”.
    • Enter your unique three-character Credit Union ID, as assigned by FLEX.
    • Click GO.
  • Login Credentials:
    • After entering the CUID, you will be directed to the “Mobiçint CU Admin Login” page.
    • Enter your Teller ID.
    • Enter your Password.
    • Click LOGIN.

2. Main Navigation

Once logged in, the Mobicint CUADMIN interface provides several key sections accessible via the top navigation bar:

  • BROADCAST MESSAGE
  • SIMPLE AD
  • MONTHLY REPORTS
  • ACCESS REPORTS
  • LOGOUT

3. Broadcast Message Management

The Broadcast Message section allows administrators to create and manage system-wide messages.

  • Enabling a Broadcast Message:
    • Toggle the Enabled switch to activate the message.
    • Expiration Date (Optional): Enter an expiration date if the message should automatically deactivate.
    • Title: Provide a concise title for the broadcast message.
    • Text Content: Enter the full message text in the provided HTML Editor.
  • HTML Editor Compatibility:
    • Messages created with this editor may experience display issues on older app versions (older than iOS v5.1.21 and Android v5.0.19).
    • It is recommended to contact Support to get your apps updated for optimal display.

4. Simple Ad Management

The Simple Ad section facilitates the creation and management of promotional advertisements.

  • Adding a Promotion:
    • Click the ADD PROMOTION button.
    • Image Upload: Click SELECT IMAGE to upload an image for the promotion.
      • Recommendation: Images will be scaled to 300 pixels wide; it is recommended to upload images at this width.
    • Title: Enter a title for the promotion.
    • Link: Provide a URL that the ad will link to (e.g., http://www.google.com).
    • Start Date (Optional):
      • If left blank, the promotion will show immediately.
      • Use the calendar icon to select a start date (e.g., 5/30/2023).
    • End Date (Optional):
      • If left blank, the promotion will show until deactivated.
      • Use the calendar icon to select an end date (e.g., 5/30/2023).
    • Priority (Optional):
      • Enter a positive, whole number. The smallest number will display first.
      • If left blank, the promotion will be given the lowest priority.
    • Active: Toggle the Active switch to enable or disable the promotion.
  • Managing Existing Promotions:
    • A table displays “Your Promotions” with the following columns
      • Title
      • Image
      • Link
      • Hits/Clicks
      • Start Date
      • End Date
      • Priority
      • Active?
      • Edit/Delete (buttons)
    • Use the EDIT or DELETE buttons to modify or remove existing promotions.

5. Monthly Reports

The Monthly Reports section provides various statistical insights into Mobicint usage.

  • Report Selection:
    • Select a report from the list on the left-hand side (e.g., “2023 April”, “2023 March”).
    • The selected report will display information such as users, logins, and access to specific functions.
  • Report Data Examples (based on 2023-04.json):
    • Global Stats:
      • All Users: User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count
    • Mobile Users:
      • User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count
    • Mobile Web Users:
      • User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count
    • iOS Users:
      • User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count
    • App Users:
      • User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count
    • Actions:
      • Action Count
      • Errors (with percentage)
      • Total execution time
      • Mean execution time
    • Web Users:
      • User Count, Billable User Count, Session Count

6. Access Reports

The Access Reports section allows for detailed filtering and searching of user access information.

  • Report Search Filters:
    • Get User ID:
      • Account Number
      • SSN
      • Click Get User ID to retrieve user information.
    • Filters:
      • User ID
      • Device Type:
        • Android
        • iPhone
        • Mobile Web
        • Web
      • IP Address
      • Session ID
    • Calendar:
      • Selected Start Time: Use the calendar to select a start date (e.g., 5/29/23).
      • Selected End Time: Use the calendar to select an end date (e.g., 5/30/23).
      • Time Input: Enter specific start and end times (e.g., “12:00 AM”).
      • Click Submit to apply filters and generate the report.
  • Table of Results: The filtered data will be displayed in a “Table of results” section.

7. Logout

  • To securely exit the Mobicint CUADMIN system, click the LOGOUT button located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
