This document outlines the steps for registering for eStatements within the mobicint system on the www.flexcutech.com platform.

1. Accessing Email Settings

To begin the eStatement registration process, navigate to your email settings:

  • From the Main Menu, click on Settings.
  • Under User Settings, locate and click Edit Email.

2. Adding or Editing an Email Address

You can either modify an existing email address or add a new one:

  • To Edit an Existing Email: Highlight the email address you wish to modify.
  • To Add a New Email: Click the Add Email button.
  • In the Add Email or Edit Email screen:
    • Enter or verify the email address in the provided field.
    • Ensure the Statements checkbox is checked to enable eStatement delivery to this address.
    • (Optional) If you wish to use this email as a security contact for password resets and other secure authentication, check the Use as security contact box and enter a descriptive contact label.
  • Click Submit to proceed.

3. Reviewing the Disclosure Agreement

After checking the “Statements” box and submitting your email, a disclosure agreement will be displayed:

  • Carefully read the entire disclosure agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for receiving your periodic statements and related disclosures electronically.
  • Based on your review, choose one of the following options:
    • Click Agree to accept the terms and proceed with eStatement registration.
    • Click Cancel to decline the terms and stop the eStatement registration process.

Note: You cannot sign up for eStatements unless you indicate your agreement by clicking the Agree button.

4. Email Verification (If Required)

Depending on your credit union’s configuration, a verification code may be required to complete the registration:

  • If prompted, a security code will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Check your email inbox for the security code.
  • In the Email Verification screen:
    • Enter the received Verification Code in the designated field.
  • Click Confirm to finalize the registration.
  • If you choose to cancel this process, your email address will not be added for eStatements.

5. Completion

Upon successful verification (if required), your registration for eStatements is now complete. You will begin receiving your statements electronically to the registered email address.
