Loan Maintenance

This document provides a comprehensive guide to the Loan Maintenance functionality within the FLEX system, designed for users to efficiently manage and update loan information.

1. Accessing Loan Maintenance

There are two primary methods to access the Loan Maintenance screen:

  • From the FLEX Main Menu:
    1. Navigate to Loans.
    2. Expand the Maintenance section.
    3. Select Loan Maintenance.

  • From Transaction Entry/Inquiry:
    1. Right-click on the desired loan suffix displayed.
    2. Select Loan Maintenance from the context menu.

2. Overview of the Loan Maintenance Screen

The Loan Maintenance screen provides a centralized view of all loan-specific information. Key elements that remain constant across all tabs include:

  • Account/Suffix/Name: Displays the account number, loan suffix, and the member’s name.
  • Loan Type: Indicates the specific type of loan.
  • Group: Identifies the main group to which the loan type belongs.
  • Custom Description: A customizable field for a more specific loan identifier. This can be edited after loan creation.
  • Delinquent Amount: Shows the current delinquent amount, if applicable.
  • Top-Level Buttons:
    • Amortization: (Functionality not detailed in provided content)
    • Unlock: (Functionality not detailed in provided content)
    • Save: Saves any changes made to the loan record.
    • Refresh: Updates the displayed information.
    • Print Forms: (Functionality not detailed in provided content)

2.1. Loan Information Tabs

The Loan Maintenance screen is organized into up to fourteen tabs, each containing specific information. The visibility of these tabs depends on the selected account and loan suffix. These tabs include:

  • Tab 1 (General Loan Information)
  • Tab 2 (Credit and Other Information)
  • Tab 3 (Loan Events and Dealer Information)
  • Tab 4 (Refinance, Extension, and Insurance)
  • UDFs (User-Defined Fields)
  • Credit Bureau

3. Tab 1: General Loan Information

This tab focuses on the core terms, dates, and codes associated with the loan.

3.1. Terms of Loan

  • Current Balance: Displays the current principal balance, excluding charged-off amounts.
  • Original Balance: The amount disbursed when the loan was opened. May not apply to line of credit loans.
  • Charged Off Balance: Total unpaid/non-forgiven charge-off balance for fully or partially charged-off loans.
  • Memo Interest: Interest calculated but not yet paid. Updates the “Last Interest Calc” date.
    • Calculation Triggers:
      • Rate change (interest calculated to effective date of change).
      • Principal-only payment (uncollected interest added).
      • CD/CL insurance posting (interest due added).
      • Insufficient payment (uncollected amount added).
      • Add-on to loan (interest due at add-on added).
  • Memo Late Fee: Late fees calculated but not yet paid. Not included in period-to-date late fees.
  • Payment Amount: The scheduled payment amount, potentially including escrow, credit life/disability, and debt protection.
  • Credit Limit: For LOC, HELOC, Open-End, or Credit Cards, this is the approved credit amount. A $0.01 limit prevents payment recalculation.
  • Freeze Credit Limit: If checked, the loan is excluded from automatic credit limit increases.
  • Interest Rate: The current interest rate.
  • Payment Frequency: How often loan payments are due. Works with the loan term.
  • Partial Payment: Amount paid that did not satisfy the total payment. Once the total reaches the scheduled payment, the due date advances, and this field resets.
  • Term: The duration of the loan. Works with payment frequency.
  • Balloon Loan: Checkbox indicating a balloon payment. If checked, the following fields appear:
    • Balloon Payment: Estimated final payment amount due on the Balloon Payment Date.
    • Roll Over Term: Total number of payments from the loan’s open date until the balloon payment date.
  • Interest Exempt: Portion of the balance exempt from interest calculation.
  • Military Loan: Checkbox indicating compliance with MLA regulations.

3.2. Dates

  • Date Opened: Date the loan was created or last financed.
  • First Payment Due: Date the first payment is due.
  • Next Payment Due: The upcoming payment due date.
  • Last Interest Calc: Date through which interest has been calculated. Future dates indicate no additional interest due until after that date (excluding memo interest).
  • Last Transaction: Date of the most recent transaction on the loan.
  • Maturity Date/Balloon Payment Date: The loan’s maturity date. If a Balloon Loan, this stores the balloon payment due date.
  • Date Closed: Date the loan was closed. Should not be entered if a current balance, charge-off balance, or forgiven amount exists within the last 7 years.
  • Last Debit Date: Date of the last debit or add-on.
  • Last Update Date: Date the loan file information was last updated (e.g., maintenance).
  • Charge Off Date: Date the loan was charged off, if applicable.
  • Draw Expiration Date: For line of credit loans, indicates when the draw period ends and repayment begins (e.g., Home Equity LOC).

3.3. Codes

  • Payment Method: How payments will be made.
  • Security Code: The loan’s security code.
  • Purpose Code: The assigned purpose code for the loan.
  • Loan Officer: The loan officer assigned to the loan.
  • Open/Closed: Indicates if the loan is open-ended or closed-ended.
  • Fixed/Variable: Indicates if the loan has a fixed or variable interest rate.
  • Credit Score: The credit score at the time of loan approval.
  • Credit Grade: The credit grade at the time of loan approval.
  • Charge Off Code: If charged off, the reporting code for the credit bureau.
  • Loan Status: An optional, credit union-defined field for loan status.
  • Collection Officer: May store the assigned collection officer.
  • Forced CB Status: Overrides system-generated credit bureau status codes. Use with caution.
  • Payment Coupon: If checked, indicates payment coupons can be generated.
  • Branch: Optional field to identify the processing or approval branch.
  • Closed Reason Code: Displays the reason selected when the loan was closed, if configured.

4. Tab 2: Credit and Other Information

This tab provides details on credit, other relevant loan data, late charges, and historical interest/fee information.

4.1. Credit Information

  • Debt Ratio 1: Calculated debt ratio from the application before the new loan payment (total payments / monthly income).
  • Debt Ratio 2: Calculated debt ratio from the application including the new loan payment.
  • Recent Application Number: The loan application number.
  • Total Credit: Total credit held by the applicant(s).
  • Available Credit: Total available credit (credit limit(s) – loan balances).
  • Unsecured Credit: Total unsecured credit.

4.2. Other Information

  • 1098 Eligible: If checked, the loan is eligible for 1098 tax reporting.
  • Comaker(s): If checked, indicates comaker(s) are associated with the loan.
  • Interest Rebate Eligible: If checked, the loan is eligible for an interest rebate (does not post automatically).
  • Included in Bankruptcy: If checked, indicates the loan is part of a bankruptcy.
  • Addl Amount For Recalc: An additional amount to be added to the calculated payment during recalculation (common for LOC loans).
  • Account X-Ref #: Account cross-reference number (e.g., for checks, ACH items).
  • Loan Pool Identifier: A credit union-defined field for grouping loans.
  • Census Tract: Used in Real Estate lending, often found on Uniform Residential Appraisal Reports.
  • Note Number: May store the loan note number.
  • Mortgage Identification #: May store the mortgage identification number.
  • Frozen Status: Indicates if the loan is frozen or partially frozen.
  • Skip Begin & End Dates: Defines months and dates for repeated payment skips over the loan term.
  • CUNA Plan ID: Informational field for CUNA Plan ID.
  • Loan Source: Credit union-defined code for various loan sources (e.g., CUDL, internet banking).

4.3. Late Charges

  • Late Charge: If checked, the loan is subject to late charges.
  • Late Charge Method: The calculation method for late charges.
  • Fixed Amount: If the method is fixed, displays the late charge amount.
  • Late Charge Paid Ahead: Number of late charges paid in advance.

4.4. Delinquency Information

  • Delinquent Notice Code:
    • Yes: Loan subject to delinquent notices.
    • No: Loan not subject to delinquent notices.
    • Z: Do not report as delinquent to credit bureau; no notices generated.
    • 1-9: Displays the last delinquent notice level generated.
  • Times Delinquent (30/60/90/120 Days): Informational counters for delinquency occurrences. Not editable and not a reflection of credit bureau reporting.

4.5. Interest and Fee History

  • Interest QTD/YTD, Last Year: Total interest paid during the current quarter, current year, and last year.
  • Late Charge YTD: Total late charges paid during the current year.
  • Late Charge Last Year: Total late charges paid last year.
  • Reg Z For Period: Any fees paid by the borrower during the current statement period that affect the disclosed APY.

5. Tab 3: Loan Events

This tab captures information related to the various stages of the loan process and dealer involvement.

5.1. Loan Events

  • Application Teller: Teller ID of the user who input the loan application.
  • Loan App Date: Date the loan application was added to the system.
  • Approval Teller: Teller ID of the user who approved the loan application.
  • Loan Entry Date: Date the loan disbursement process began.
  • Funding Teller: Teller ID of the user who funded the loan.
  • Posting Date: Date the loan was funded.
  • Reviewing Teller: If a review period is required, the Teller ID of the user who last reviewed the loan.
  • Review Date: Date the loan was last reviewed.

5.2. Dealer Information

  • Dealer Key: Identifies the dealer who supplied the loan (often for indirect lending).
  • Kick Back Rate: Percentage of interest income earned by the dealer when a payment is made. If applicable, an account is set up for the dealer to receive this percentage. Leave at 0.000% if not applicable.

5.3. Last Advance Information

  • Date of Advance: Date of the last loan advance.
  • Amount of Advance: Dollar amount of the last advance.
  • Balance After Advance: Loan balance after the last advance.

6. Tab 4: Refinance, Extension, and Insurance

This tab manages information related to loan refinancing, extensions, and joint/co-borrower/blended insurance.

6.1. Refinance Information

  • Refinanced by Account/Suffix: If the loan was refinanced by another loan within the credit union, enter the new loan’s account number and suffix.
  • Amount Refinanced: The amount of the refinanced loan.
  • Date Refinanced: The date of the refinance.
  • Refinanced by Loan Note Number: The loan note number of the refinanced loan.

6.2. Extension Information

  • Number of Times Extended: The number of times the loan has been extended. This is an optional field and requires manual updates.
  • Date of Last Extension: The date of the last extension. This field is not system-updated.

6.3. Joint/Co-Borrower/Blended Insurance

  • Disability Insurance: Type of disability insurance on the loan (based on insurance company options).
  • Disability Plan: Disability plan associated with the loan (from the insurance company rate file).
  • Insurance Source: How the insurance premium is paid:
    • 0 (zero): Premium added to the loan.
    • Share Suffix #: Premium deducted from a share suffix.
  • Credit Life Insurance: Type of credit life insurance on the loan.
  • Credit Life Plan: Credit life plan associated with the loan.
  • Insurance Eligible: Indicates if the loan is eligible for credit union-paid loan protection insurance (distinct from member-paid CD/CL or debt protection).
  • Birthdate: Birthdate of the Joint or Co-Borrower (required for insurance).
  • Insurance Sales Officer: May track who sold the insurance related to the Co-Borrower.
  • First Name/Middle Name/Last Name: Stores the name of the second insured person for joint, blended, or Co-Borrower insurance.

7. UDF’s Tab (User-Defined Fields)

The UDF’s tab displays custom fields created by the credit union to store additional loan information. These fields must be defined in UDF Maintenance before use.

8. Credit Bureau Tab

This tab allows for updating information reported to credit bureaus. Generally, the system automatically calculates loan statuses, so caution should be exercised when making manual changes.

  • Credit Bureau Account Type: The credit bureau reporting type code. If blank, the code from the loan’s security code is used. Manual selection from the dropdown is possible but requires careful matching to the loan type.
  • Compliance Condition Code: For reporting legal compliance conditions. Reported once and deleted when another code or ‘XR’ (remove value) is reported.
  • Consumer Information Indicator (CIIC): Indicates special account conditions for the primary consumer (e.g., bankruptcy status). Reported once and deleted with appropriate removal codes (Q, S, or U).
  • CIIC Reporting Date: Date the Consumer Information Indicator was last reported.
  • Highest Balance Ever Attained: The highest balance ever reached on the loan.
  • Payment History Profile: Up to 25 months of consecutive payment activity (current month + previous 24). The leftmost position is the most recent code. Codes advance right each month-end.
    • Payment History Profile Codes:
      • B: No payment history available!
      • D: No payment history available this…
      • E: Zero balance and current account
      • G: Collection
      • H: Foreclosure
      • J: Voluntary Surrender
      • K: Repossession
      • L: Charge-off
      • 0: 0 Payments Past due (current account)
      • 1: 30-59 days past due date
      • 2: 60-89 days past due date
      • 3: 90-119 days past due date
      • 4: 120-149 days past due date
      • 5: 150-179 days past due date
      • 6: 180 or more days past due date
  • Date of First Delinquency: The date of the initial delinquency leading to the reported status. If the account becomes current, this field should be blank; it resets if delinquency recurs.
  • Credit Bureau Status Override: Overrides system-calculated credit bureau status codes. Use with caution.
  • Credit Bureau Special Comments: Used with Credit Bureau Status Code and Payment Rating to further define the account. Must be reported as long as the condition applies.

9. Variable Rate Tab

A Variable Rate record is typically set up during loan creation but can be added or edited via Loan Maintenance. Refer to “Variable Rates in FLEX Academy” for more information.

9.1. Rate Information

  • Rate Group Code: The variable rate group code associated with the loan.
  • Current Loan Rate: The loan’s current interest rate.
  • Original Rate: The loan’s original interest rate.
  • Last Index Used: The last index used for the previous rate change (only appears if “Tied to Index” is “Yes” in Rate Code Configuration).
  • Rate Basis is Index Plus/Minus Margin: Indicates the margin (added or subtracted) from the index to determine the final rate.
  • Margin: The specific margin amount.

9.2. Pre-Notice Information

  • Days Before Notify: Number of days before a rate change to send a pre-notice.
  • Last Notice Sent Date: Date of the last pre-notice generation.
  • Pre-Notification Rate Used: Interest rate included on the last pre-notice.
  • Payment Used: Payment amount included on the last pre-notice.
  • Balance Used: Loan balance included on the last pre-notice.
  • Full Term Used: Full term included on the last pre-notice.
  • Old Remaining Term Used: Previous remaining term included on the last pre-notice.
  • New Remaining Term Used: New remaining term included on the last pre-notice.
  • Date To Be Paid: Estimated “Date To Be Paid” from the last pre-notice.
  • Look Back Days: Optional field; pre-notice reads history back this many days to calculate a new rate.

9.3. Rate Change Information

  • Frequency: How often the rate changes.
  • Change On: When the rate change takes place.
  • Next Change Date: The next scheduled rate change date. This date advances after a variable rate change is posted.
  • Rate Floor/Ceiling: The lowest (floor) and highest (ceiling) rates the loan will be allowed to go.
  • Max Life Increase/Decrease %: Maximum percentage the rate can increase or decrease over the loan’s lifetime (distinct from floor/ceiling).
  • Max Incremental Increase/Decrease %: Maximum percentage the rate can change each time it is adjusted.
  • Max Year Increase/Decrease %: Maximum percentage the rate can change annually.
  • Anniversary Rate/Anniversary Date: Displays the rate and date of the last anniversary. The anniversary date increments yearly based on the original open date and is used for annual minimum/maximum calculations.

10. Type Conversion Tab

Used for loans like Home Equity loans to transition from a draw period to a fixed payback loan. The conversion process is not automatic and must be manually triggered. Once converted, the tab no longer displays.

  • Current Loan Type: The current loan type code.
  • New Loan Type: The new loan type after conversion. Can be maintained before the conversion date.
  • Conversion Date: The scheduled date for conversion to the new loan type.
  • Notice Date: The scheduled date for pre-notice generation, if notices are used.
  • New Term: The new term of the loan after conversion.
  • Recalculate Payment:
    • Yes: A new payment will be calculated during conversion based on the new term, current balance, current interest rate, and current frequency.
  • Reset Loan Open Date:
    • Yes: The loan’s open date will change to the type conversion effective date.

11. Modification Tab

The FLEX Loan Modification Module allows credit unions to modify certain loan terms for individual loans for a limited time (e.g., skipping payments, modifying payment amounts, changing interest rates). Loan modifications must be defined in Loan Type Configuration.

  • Sequence List: Displays existing modification records.
    • Add: Click to add a new modification record.
    • Edit: Highlight a record and click to edit.
    • Delete: Highlight a record and click to delete.
  • Countable Skip Sequences: Number of countable skip sequences.
  • Countable Reduce Sequences: Number of countable reduce sequences.
  • Countable Rate Change Sequences: Number of countable rate change sequences.
  • Countable Total Sequences: Total number of countable sequences.

11.1. Add Modification Screen

  • Modification Information:
    • Sequence Start: Date modification terms begin. Action initiated by End of Day processing. Not maintainable after initiation.
    • Sequence End: Date modification terms end. Change initiated by End of Day processing. Maintainable only up to the action end date.
    • Start Action Date/End Action Date: Automatically updated by the system when action is triggered by End of Day. Not maintainable.
    • Sequence Number: System-assigned number. Increments for recurring sequences.
    • Operation Type: Type of loan modification:
      • Skip Payment: Skips loan payment for the due date within the start/stop dates.
      • Reduce Payment: Loan payment amount is reduced during the sequence. Opens fields for “Reduced Payment” and “Return Payment.”
      • Rate Change: Loan interest rate is reduced during the sequence. Opens fields for “Reduced Rate” and “Return Rate.”
    • Payment Due Date: Current payment due date in the loan record.
    • Loan Payment Amount: Current loan payment amount in the loan record.
    • Recurring Sequence: Checkbox to make the sequence recurring. A new record with updated dates and incremented sequence number is created upon completion.
    • Include in Count: Checkbox to identify the sequence as countable (subject to maximum limits defined in Loan Type).
    • Grace Days: Modification will not occur if the loan is delinquent more than this number of grace days.
    • Reason For Change: Description identifying the reason for the modification (appears on reports).

Note: Modification sequences start and stop during End of Day processing.

12. TDR Tab (Troubled Debt Restructuring)

The FLEX TDR Tracking module is an optional part of the Loan Modification module used to track delinquent loans with modified terms for an extended period (e.g., reduced payments, lower interest rates, extended loan terms). TDR Tracking must be defined in Loan Type Configuration.

  • Troubled Debt Restructuring Section:
    • Add: Click to add a new TDR Record.
    • Edit: Highlight an existing record and click to edit.
    • Delete: Highlight an existing record and click to delete.

12.1. Add Troubled Debt Restructuring Screen

  • TDR Dates:
    • Date Identified: Enter the original TDR Date.
    • Requester/Date: Enter the Teller ID and date the teller requested the loan be entered into TDR Tracking.
    • Approver/Date: Enter the Teller ID and date the teller approved the loan into TDR Tracking.
  • Original Data (Prior to TDR): This information is automatically populated from Loan Maintenance and is tracked while the TDR record is active.
    • Payment: Original loan payment amount.
    • Partial Payment: Any partial payment amount received.
    • Rate: Original loan interest rate.
    • Term: Original loan term.
    • Balance: Current loan balance.
    • Due Date: Next Due Date.
  • Conversion Data (If No History): Used only for new credit unions converting to FLEX that have existing TDR Tracking history outside FLEX.
  • TDR Notes: Enter any additional information regarding the TDR record.
    Once the TDR Record has been added, any subsequent modifications are made in Loan Maintenance.

13. Mortgage Tab

The Mortgage tab is only available for loan types utilizing the mortgage interest calculation method. It provides a history of payments and how principal, interest, escrow, and late fees were applied, based on the payment allocation priority defined in loan type configuration.

13.1. Mortgage History

  • Due Date: Each due date over the loan’s life.
  • Tran Date: Actual transaction date (not effective date).
  • Payment Amount/Principal/Interest/Escrow/Late Fee: Amounts paid and how they were applied.
  • Deferred Interest: Displays deferred or charged-off interest.
  • Excess Payment: Any excess payment.
  • Payment Satisfied: Indicates if the payment for that period has been satisfied.
    • Editing Payment Allocation: To change how payment is allocated, highlight a record and click Edit.
      • Caution: Extreme caution is advised when editing system-calculated amounts, as this can affect future interest calculations. Contact a FLEX Support Representative for assistance.

14. Amortized Fee Tab

This tab displays any amortized loan fees configured for the loan. Amortized Fees allow the credit union to depreciate fees over a period. These fees must be set up through Fee Maintenance.

14.1. Fees

  • Fee Code: The code associated with the amortized fee. Multiple fee codes can be used per loan.
  • Frequency: How often depreciation is posted (monthly on the last day of the month or quarterly on the last day of the quarter).
  • Periods: Number of periods over which the fee will be amortized.
  • Original: The original fee amount.
  • Forced: A forced amount to post each period. If zero, the system calculates the amount by dividing the original amount by the number of periods.
  • Remaining: The remaining balance to depreciate.
  • Expense GL: The expense general ledger account to be debited.
  • Depreciation GL: The depreciation general ledger account to be credited.
  • Payable GL: The payable general ledger account (informational only, no posting occurs).
    • Add: Click to add a new fee.
    • Edit: Highlight a record and click to edit.
    • Delete: Highlight a record and click to delete.

15. HELOC Tab

The HELOC Tab is only visible for Group H loans. These loans have their own billing cycle, separate statements, and allow interest-only payments. Interest is calculated on the average daily balance during the billing cycle and posted to memo interest. This is an optional module. Refer to “HELOC Module in FLEX Academy” for more information.

  • HELOC Month End Date: Date of the last HELOC billing cycle.
  • Interest Accrual Date: Date interest has been accrued through (typically same as Month End Date).
  • Month End Balance: Ending balance as of the last billing cycle (ending balance on the last HELOC statement).
  • Average Daily Balance: Average daily balance for the last billing cycle, used for interest calculation.
  • Accrued Interest: Interest accrued for the last billing cycle.
  • Accrued Interest Previous Month: Interest accrued during the billing cycle prior to the last.
  • Unpaid Interest: Any unpaid interest.
  • Required Payment: Required minimum payment as of the last billing cycle.
  • Over Limit Fee Charged: Over limit fee charged during the last billing cycle.
  • Delinquent Amount: Delinquent amount as of the last billing cycle.

15.1. Fees

  • Monthly Over Limit Fee: Check if the loan is subject to an over limit fee.
  • Cash Advance Fee: Check if the loan is subject to a cash advance fee.

16. Credit Card Info Tab

The Credit Card Info tab contains two sub-tabs: Category Maintenance and EOP Amounts. Refer to “In-House Credit Cards – Maintenance in FLEX Academy” for additional information.

16.1. Category Maintenance Tab

Displays account number, suffix, categories associated with the card, description, current balance per category, and date opened.

  • Add: Click to add a new category.
  • Edit: Highlight a category and click to edit.
  • Delete: Highlight a category and click to delete.

16.1.1. General Information

  • Category: The category identifier.
  • Description: Description of the category.
  • Loan Balance: The overall loan balance.
  • Category Balance: The balance specific to the category.
  • Date Opened: Date the loan was opened.
  • Eligible For Bonus: Indicates if the category balance is eligible for a bonus (e.g., interest rebate).
  • Variable Rate Group: Variable rate group code used by the category.

16.1.2. Interest

  • Category Interest Rate: Interest rate charged on the category balance.
  • Interest Paid: Interest collected towards the category’s required interest since the last billing cycle.

16.1.3. Expiration

  • Date: Expiration date of the category or rate. Blank means indefinite.
  • Action: Type of action to occur on the first billing cycle after expiration.
  • New Category: If “Change Category” is selected, this is the new category.
  • New Rate: If “Change Rate” is selected, this is the new rate.

16.1.4. Delinquency

  • Maximum Days Delinquent: Maximum days delinquent before an action is taken.
  • Action: Type of action to occur on the first billing cycle after the loan becomes delinquent beyond the maximum days.
  • New Category: If “Change Category” is selected, this is the new category.
  • New Rate: If “Change Rate” is selected, this is the new rate.

16.1.5. Advance Fees

  • Fee Code: For cash advance fees, indicates how the fee will be calculated (Percentage, Fixed, or Category).
  • Fixed Fee Amount: If Fee Code is Fixed, the fixed fee amount.
  • Fee Percentage: If Fee Code is Percentage, the percentage of the advance used to calculate the fee.
  • Minimum Fee/Maximum Fee: Minimum and/or maximum fee that can be charged.

16.1.6. Statement Information

  • Beginning Balance/Ending Balance: Beginning and ending balances for the last billing cycle.
  • Interest Due: Interest due for the last billing cycle.
  • Average Balance: Average daily balance for the last billing cycle (used for interest calculation).
  • Total Payments: Total payments made during the last billing cycle.
  • Grace Payments: Grace payments made during the last billing cycle.

16.1.7. Rate Change Information

  • Rate Change Frequency: If the category has a variable rate, how often it’s subject to change.
  • Next Change Date: If the category has a variable rate, the next date it’s subject to change.

This tab displays each EOP (End of Period) billing cycle for the credit card, including:

  • Closing Date
  • Payment Due Date
  • Payment Required
  • Payment Received
  • Interest
  • Annual Fee
  • Over-limit Fee
    • Editing EOP Amounts: Highlight a billing cycle to edit amounts (e.g., Payment Required, Payment Received) and/or view categories.
    • EOP Categories Screen: Displays activity for each category during the selected billing cycle. This is informational only and cannot be maintained.
