FLEX Ten Scan/Upload ID
This document provides instructions for adding an identification document (ID) to a member’s account within the FLEX system, either by scanning a physical ID directly or by uploading an image file.
Steps to Upload or Scan an ID:
- Navigate to the Member Account: Ensure you are in the relevant member account where you wish to add or update the ID.
- Access the ID Management Feature:
- Hover over the camera icon.
- Right-click on the camera icon.
- From the context menu, choose “update image”.
- Choose Your Method (Scan or Upload):
- To Scan an ID: If you have a scanner linked to your PC, you can directly scan the ID from this point.
- To Upload an Image from a File: You can upload an image from a file.
- Choose the image you want to upload.
- Click “open”.
- Save the Image:
- After scanning or selecting your image, click “save”.
- Enter Expiration Date (If Applicable):
- If the expiration date is not read automatically by your scanner, you will need to manually put in the expiration date.
- Finalize and Save:
- Click “okay”.
- Then, click “save” again to complete the process.
