FLEX Ten Member History Navigation
This document outlines the process and features for navigating member transaction history within the FLEX system, designed to assist users in efficiently accessing and managing account information.
I. Accessing Transaction History
Transaction History can be accessed through two primary methods:
- Double-Click:
- Locate the desired sub-account.
- Double-click on the sub-account to display its history.
- Right-Click Menu:
- Locate the desired sub-account.
- Right-click on the sub-account.
- Select “History” from the context menu.
II. Transaction History Display Panel
Once accessed, the Transaction History will be displayed in the right panel of the FLEX interface. This panel provides several functionalities for efficient data management:
- Sub-Account Switching:
- Users can easily switch between different sub-accounts directly within the history panel using the “Sub-Account” dropdown.
- Filtering Options:
- The panel includes options to filter transactions based on various criteria (specific filtering options are indicated by the filter icon).
- Printing:
- A print icon is available to generate a physical copy of the transaction history.
- Exporting:
- An export icon allows users to export the transaction data for external use.
- Pagination:
- Navigate through transaction pages using the “Items per page” selector and the navigation arrows (<, <, >, >∣) at the bottom of the panel.
III. Transaction Details and Actions
The Transaction History panel offers granular control and detailed views for individual transactions:
A. Individual Transaction Options
Right-clicking on an individual transaction within the history list will present a context menu with the following options:
- View Receipt: Display the receipt for the selected transaction.
- Reprint Receipt: Generate a new printout of the transaction receipt.
- View Checks: (If applicable) View images of checks associated with the transaction.
- Reverse Transaction: Initiate the process to reverse the selected transaction.
B. Viewing Additional Transaction Information
To view additional details for a specific transaction:
- Click Carrots (>): Click the carrot icon (>) to the left of a transaction entry to expand and reveal more information. This typically includes:
- TRANSACTION: Core details of the transaction.
- PRE-TRANSACTION: Information related to the state before the transaction occurred.
- ELECTRONIC ITEMS: Details concerning any electronic components of the transaction.
C. Top Panel Icons for Transaction Inquiry
The icons located at the top of the transaction history panel provide quick access to specific inquiry details:
- Transaction Detail: Displays comprehensive details of a selected transaction.
- Reference Detail: Provides information related to any reference numbers associated with transactions.
- Disbursement Detail: Shows specifics about funds disbursed.
- Overdraft Inquiry: Allows for investigation into overdraft statuses.
