This document provides a step-by-step guide for launching and initially configuring FLEX Ten.

1. Accessing FLEX Ten

To launch the FLEX Ten application, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Flex Ten website: www.flexcutech.com
  • Click the FLEX logo on the welcome screen. This action will initiate the application launch.

2. Initial Workstation Setup (First-Time Login)

If you are logging into FLEX Ten for the first time, it is essential to set up your workstation(s). This ensures proper functionality and access.

2.1. Locating the Settings Icon

  • On the Welcome screen, locate and press the Settings icon. This icon is typically found in the top right corner of the application interface, as indicated by the red box in the image below:

2.2. Setting Your Workstation

  • Within the Settings menu, navigate to the “Set Workstation” section.
  • Select your desired FLEX workstation from the provided drop-down list. Examples of workstation options include:
    • AA
    • AAFX
    • AB
    • AC
    • AD
    • AE
  • Once your workstation is selected, you are ready to log in to FLEX Ten.

3. Logging In

After setting up your workstation (if applicable), proceed with the login process. The login screen will prompt you for your credentials.

4. Home Screen Overview

Upon successful login, the FLEX Ten Home Screen will be displayed. This screen provides an overview of your FLEX environment.

  • Welcome Message: The screen will greet you with a personalized welcome message (e.g., “Welcome, CMC”).
  • Key Sections: The Home Screen typically includes:
    • FLEX Academy: Provides access to educational resources and updates.
    • Message Board: Displays important announcements and messages (e.g., “Toucan Sam”).
    • Mobicint: Likely a section related to mobile banking or similar services.
