This document provides a guide to navigating and utilizing the key features available on the FLEX Ten home screen. Understanding these elements will help you efficiently manage your tasks within the FLEX system.

Accessing FLEX Ten

  • Login: To access FLEX Ten, enter your user ID and password on the welcome screen and then click “okay”.

Navigating the Home Screen

The FLEX Ten home screen is designed for intuitive navigation, with various elements providing quick access to different functionalities:

  • Return to Home Screen: You can navigate back to the FLEX home screen at any time by clicking the orange house icon located in the upper left-hand corner of the interface. 
  • Top Bar Elements (Right of the Orange House): 
    • Search History List: Located to the right of the orange house icon, this drop-down menu displays your search history.
    • Account Search Field: Next to the search history, this field allows you to search for accounts.
    • Advanced Search Options: The plus sign provides access to advanced search options.
    • Active Transaction Panel: Clicking on the wallet icon will open the active transaction panel.
    • Learning & Resources: The graduation cap icon provides access to:
      • FLEX Academy
      • Handshake
      • FLEX Remote list
    • Messaging Options: This section contains various messaging options.
    • User Profile & Settings: Clicking on your username will open your user profile and settings.
  • Left-Hand Side Elements: 
    • Main Menu: The left-hand side of the screen displays the main menu, which contains all current options available in FLEX Ten.
    • Customized Folders: Underneath the main menu, you will find any customized folders that you have created.
  • Right-Hand Side Elements: 
    • Widgets: The right-hand side of the screen is where widgets are displayed.
    • Keyboard Shortcuts (Hotkeys): To view a list of keyboard shortcuts or hotkeys, you can press Shift + F1.
