Accessing FLEX Ten

To begin using FLEX Ten:

• Log in: Enter your user ID and password on the welcome screen.
• Click “okay” to proceed.

Home Screen Navigation Elements

The FLEX Ten Home Screen offers various intuitive elements for efficient navigation and access to features:

• Orange House Icon
  • Located in the upper left-hand corner.
  • Function: Click this icon at any time to return to the FLEX home screen.
• Header Bar Elements (Right of Orange House)
  • Drop-down Menu: This menu functions as the search history list.
  • Account Search Field: Directly to the right of the search history, this field allows for account searching.
  • Plus Sign Icon (+):
    • Function: Clicking this icon provides advanced search options.
  • Wallet Icon:
    • Function: Clicking on the wallet icon will open the active transaction panel.
  • Graduation Cap Icon: This icon serves as a gateway to several educational and communication features:
    • FLEX Academy
    • Handshake
    • FLEX Remote list
    • Messaging options
• User Profile and Settings
  • Your Username: Located in the upper right section of the screen.
  • Function: Clicking on your username will open your profile and your settings.

Side Panels and Shortcuts

• Left-Hand Side Menu
  • This panel displays all current options available in FLEX Ten.
  • Underneath the main menu, any customized folders that you have created will be displayed.
• Right-Hand Side Widgets
  • This area of the screen is dedicated to widgets.
• Keyboard Shortcuts (Hotkeys)
  • Access: Press Shift + F1.
  • Function: This key combination allows you to view a list of keyboard shortcuts or hotkeys available within FLEX Ten.
