This document provides instructions for adding, updating, and deleting member email addresses within the FLEX Ten system. These steps are designed to help you efficiently manage member communication preferences.

Accessing Member Email Management

To manage a member’s email addresses:

  • Navigate to the member account.
  • Validate the member for whom you intend to make updates.
  • From the member profile, hover over the area where the email address is displayed.
  • You have two options to proceed:
    • Click “edit email”.
    • Right-click in that area and choose “edit email”.

Viewing Existing Email Addresses

Once you access the email management section, you will see all email addresses that have already been added to the account.

Editing an Existing Email Address

To modify an email address already associated with the member’s account:

  • Hover over the specific email address you wish to edit.
  • Click “edit”.
  • You can then make any changes to the items that are being delivered to that email address by either selecting or unselecting the relevant options.
  • Remember to save your changes after making adjustments.

Deleting an Existing Email Address

If an email address is no longer needed for a member:

  • Hover over the email address you wish to remove.
  • Click “delete”.

Adding a New Email Address

To add a new email address for a member:

  • Click on the “plus icon” within the email management section.
  • Type in the new email address.
  • Select which items you want to be sent to this new email address.
  • From the dropdown menu, choose the red flag verification status:
    • Verified
    • Not verified
    • Risk account
  • Click “save”.

Once you click save, the additional email address will be available in the email section by clicking the dropdown.
