Steps to Open Multiple Documents:

To open multiple documents in the Document Manager:

  1. Enable Multi-Select:
    • Locate and click the square icon on the right-hand side of the screen. This action enables the multi-select mode.
  2. Select Documents:
    • Once multi-select is enabled, put a check next to each item (document) that you wish to select.
  3. Open Documents:
    • After selecting all desired documents, double-click. All chosen documents will then open in the Document Manager.

Navigating Between Open Documents:

Once your selected documents are open:

  • The documents will appear in a drop-down list.
  • You can easily move between these documents by selecting them from this drop-down list.
