FLEX Ten Change User Password

This guide provides instructions on how to change your user password within the FLEX Ten system.

Steps to Change Your Password:

To update your password in FLEX Ten, follow these steps:

• Locate your User ID: In the upper right-hand corner of the FLEX Ten interface, click on your user ID.
• Access Settings: From the dropdown menu that appears, select “settings”.
• Enter Password Details: Within the settings area, navigate to the “teller information” section. Here, you will need to provide the following:
  • Type in your old password.
  • Type in your new password.
  • Confirm the new password by re-typing it.
• Save Changes: Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click done to apply the changes.
