FLEX Ten
This self-guided course offers comprehensive training on all major functionalities of FLEX Ten, covering everything from initial workstation setup and home screen navigation to advanced daily operations.
The training is structured into four core areas:
- Member Service & Data Management: Learn to access accounts, validate member identity, and manage data efficiently through Account Maintenance, including updating personal details and security settings.
- Workflows & Daily Operations: Master the “Open New Accounts” feature and its multi-section workflows. Gain proficiency in using action codes and quick transaction codes to quickly process transactions (deposits, transfers, withdrawals) in the Active Transaction Panel.
- Financial Tools & Teller Functions: Configure complex tools such as automatic transfers and check disbursements. Learn to review and manage transaction history and perform essential Teller Balancing procedures.
- System Maintenance & Security: Manage member card limits via Card Maintenance, configure administrative settings (Workflows, Queues), troubleshoot peripherals using AppMan, and use Remote Override for restricted transactions.
