The FLEX Cards Training course is your comprehensive guide to mastering the complex and critical functions of credit card management within the FLEX system. Specifically designed for our credit union customers, this training provides a deep dive into the necessary system configurations and operational procedures, utilizing command line navigation and detailed control screens to ensure productive and accurate handling of all card-related operations.

The course is structured around three major functional areas: the accurate execution of the Credit Card End of Month (CCEOM) Billing Cycle; comprehensive Finance, Fee, and Payment Management (including RegZ-compliant payment allocation and Average Daily Balance calculations); and essential Card Configuration, Issue, and daily Transaction Troubleshooting (covering Variable Rate Groups, RBL matrices, and error reporting).

Upon completion, users will be proficient in managing the full lifecycle of credit card accounts, capable of executing the monthly billing accurately, configuring compliant card parameters, and maintaining financial integrity by effectively resolving technical and financial issues
